Led by Grammy-nominated audio-engineer and credentialed teacher Logan Hill, this is a premium mentorship program and private community that includes weekly group calls, extensive video modules, and direct support from a producer mentor who fits your genre.
You'll get direct access to a producer mentor who fits your genre for personalized support, song feedback and responses to assigned homework.
By the end of the program, you'll have the skills to confidently produce, edit, mix and master their own songs and never have to pay a producer again.
This includes industry-standard production techniques that Logan Hill has used on major label projects for Elevation Worship, Bethel Music, Brandon Lake, Kim Walker-Smith, and more.
WHAT YOU GET
6 Month Mentorship - You will be matched with an industry professional from our team who fits your music genre for hands on instruction and direct feedback. You'll end the 6 months with at least 1 fully produced, mixed and mastered song to release on Spotify.
Video Modules - Work through 9 extensive video modules to learn my 6-step process. Learn the skills that I’ve gained over the years working for major labels, studios and sync briefs. You will receive homework assignments throughout the modules and we will provide direct feedback as you turn them in.
1-on-1 Mentorship Calls - 2 calls per month with your assigned mentor for more personalized support, fully 1-on-1.
1-on-1 Messenger Support - Receive 24/5 messenger support with your assigned Producer Mentor, tech troubleshooting, songwriting and mix feedback.
Weekly Group Calls - Weekly collaboration calls and masterclasses with my myself and my team for support, mix feedback and connection.
Artist Onboarding Call - One-on-one call with your Producer Mentor at the start of the program to help you set up your studio and get prepped for the program.

To be honest...I never wanted to be a producer. I’ve been songwriting since I was 16 and that was always my first-love.
I desperately wanted professional level songs, but lacked the money to pay thousands for a capable producer.
I went into debt to pay a producer after my Kickstarter campaign painfully failed to fund my debut album.
I was overwhelmed by the crushing reality of not having the resources to make my songs heard.
My dreams felt hopelessly out of reach...

But everything changed when I learned that the best way to become a great artist is to become a great producer.
A light turned on in my head. I had hope.
I went home every day determined to learn how to produce music.
By this time I was teaching full time and instead of hanging with friends, I said yes to every free project, recorded my own vocals at home with a $400 mic, and pitch-corrected them myself.
I grew tired of watching hours of YouTube videos, so I hired a mentor and joined an online songwriter community to collaborate with.
I finally made the bold move to quit the career I wasn’t passionate about. I left the safety of my salary to take a full-time, unpaid internship at a music studio.
This was my defining (and humbling) moment - to pursue my dreams with no option of turning back. I lived off savings for 6 months without any guarantee that success would be waiting on the other side.
Eventually I was offered a job in the music industry. I went from teaching high school English to audio engineering for Grammy-winning record label, Elevation Worship. I went on to gain credits on over 8 professional Elevation Worship recordings including nominated projects "When Wind Meets Fire" and "Praises."
I learned that if you want your dreams to come true, it’s less about talent and more about discipline. Those who make it are simply the ones who take risks, adopt a growth mindset and never quit.
Anyone can do this, and your journey doesn’t have to be as hard as mine. This is why I’m passionate about equipping independent artists with the skills to produce for themselves — but at an accelerated pace.
What took me years (and 3 internships) could take you only months.
Now my wife and I live in sunny Santa Barbara, CA. I enjoy traveling with her and writing and producing my own music.
I get the privilege every day of seeing artists like you unlock their creative flow at a deep, authentic level and bring their music vision to life by becoming their own producers.
